When my Great Aunt and Uncle settled the Little Creek property in 1947, the land was dotted with Nordic pines and aromatic apricot trees. Some of those trees still bear fruit today! The Asian Apricot captures that fragrant mix of sweet and spice, blending ripe apricots with earthy undercurrents of sesame and soy, finished with a zesty hint of ginger. Enjoy it as a salad dressing, over noodle dishes, tossed into stir-fries, or use as a light marinade to accompany the rich flavours of the barbecue.
