OKANAGAN'S ORIGINAL Little Creek Gardens is an organic farm situated on the west shores of Okanagan Lake. In 1995 I created this artisan dressing to complement our farm's organic greens. It has always been a favourite of our family and friends, and it is my pleasure to share it with you. We love it on salads, hot or cold pastas, rice and vegetables. OKANAGAN CAESAR Autumn in the Okanagan is scented with orchard apples, and our farm is abundant with organic salad greens. Balancing tangy apple cider vinegar with the classic flavours of Caesar was therefore naturally inspired. Savour this delicious vegan dressing over a bed of crisp romaine or spinach, topped with a crouton crunch and fresh parmesan. We love Okanagan Caesar as a dip, spread or mouth watering mayonnaise. ASIAN APRICOT When my Great Aunt and Uncle settled the Little Creek property in 1947, the land was dotted with Nordic pines and aromatic apricot trees. Some of those trees still bear fruit today! This dressing captures that fragrant mix of sweet and spice, blending ripe apricots with earthy undercurrents of sesame and soy, finished with a zesty hint of ginger. Enjoy it as a salad dressing, over noodle dishes, tossed into stir-fries, or use as a light marinade to accompany the rich flavours of the barbeque. *NOW GLUTEN FREE

SUMMER STRAWBERRY It was the abundance of organic strawberries grown in the hot Okanagan sun that inspired me to develop this dressing. The sun's heat lingers in the spice of the cayenne, while the fresh strawberries suggest the cool of the lake.
