Original Cheesy Tuna Melt

Mix 1 tablespoon of our Original dressing with a can of tuna and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or vegenaise.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Butter one side of two pieces of whole-wheat toast.
Top with tuna mixture, add two slices of cheddar cheese, assemble the sandwich, and add to a frying pan (buttered side down). Brown each side of the bread for about 3 minutes each.
If you add a lid to the pan, the steam will help melt the cheese.
