ASIAN NOODLE SALAD
Asian Apricot

• 1/2 cup of zucchini noodles
• 1/2 cup of cooked brown rice noodles
• 1/4 cup of sautéed broccoli
• grated carrots
• 1/4 cup of snap peas
• 1/4 cup of asparagus tips
• a handful of micro-greens
