Crispy Yam Fries with Creamy Caesar Dip
Original + Okanagan Caesar

Scrub and wash yams while keeping the skin. Cut yams into shoestrings and add to mixing bowl before tossing with our Original dressing. Toss well to coat. Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes and flip then another 10-15 minutes or until fries are crispy.
Mix 1 tablespoon Okanagan Caesar dressing with 1/2 cup of mayonnaise or vegenaise. Use as a dip for fries, pita, vegetables and more....
